”Daybed” combines design based on craftmanship, a timeless language of form and the need for changeability in the home.

The piece of furniture is made from solid oak that, through a repeating lamella structure, create the rhythm of the sitting surface, duplicated in the two movable back supports. The back supports can function either as a back rest or to expand the sitting/ lying surface: from 150 to 175 up till 200 cm (full length).

The mattress and back cushions are shaped of cold foam with a wool cover from Kvadrat, offering a comfortable and durable sitting and lying surface.

The cot is designed as an active piece of furniture that can be adapted to the need for changeability in the home – in daily life and over time. You can sit next to or facing each other, you can read lying on your stomach, or you can take a nap.
